These terms apply to all appointments and services provided by Soma Massage ソーママッサージ at 3010 Bethel Rd SE, Port Orchard, WA 98366. By booking a session you agree to them.

1. Scope of services

We provide professional, therapeutic massage only — including Japanese shiatsu, Thai stretch bodywork, hot stone therapy and oil-based bodywork. All sessions are conducted with professional draping throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

2. Conduct — the line does not move

Soma Massage is a professional massage studio. Any request for services outside the scope of professional massage therapy — verbal or otherwise — will end the appointment immediately, with full payment due and no refund, and we will decline future bookings. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time.

3. Booking and confirmation

Submitting the request form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment exists once we have confirmed it with you by call or text. Walk-in availability depends on whether a suite is free at that moment.

4. Cancellations and lateness

• No deposit and no card on file — you can cancel or reschedule at no charge.
• Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so the time can go to someone else.
• If you arrive late, your session ends at its original time so the next client is not affected. The full price still applies.
• If you do not arrive and do not contact us, we may ask for prepayment on future bookings.

5. Prices and payment

Prices published on this website are per session and may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. Payment is due at the end of your session — cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay or Zelle. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments; cash has no fee. Gratuity is appreciated and entirely optional.

6. Health and suitability

Massage is not appropriate for every condition. Please tell us before your session about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, skin condition, or medical condition — including high blood pressure, heart conditions, blood-clotting disorders or recent fractures. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our services do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, speak to your doctor first.

7. Your comfort and consent

You may stop or pause a session at any time, ask for lighter or firmer pressure, decline any technique, or end the appointment early. Just say so. You do not need to explain.

8. Valuables and personal property

Please leave valuables at home. We are not responsible for personal property brought into the studio.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits your rights under Washington State law.

Text, layout and photography on this website belong to Soma Massage and may not be reused without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
